She holds B.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology from the University of Lethbridge and brings over 20 years experience in quality assurance and production experience. Melissa has a proven track record in process improvement and optimization and her expertise in working with regulatory bodies ensures that HyTech’s production meet and exceed industry standards. Her commitment to excellence and her collaborative approach enhances HyTech’s QMS systems at all levels. Outside of work she can be found either riding her horse, coaching other equestrians or on the golf course.
