Cristina Alucema is the General Manager of HyTech Production in Chile. All activities performed in Chile fall under Cristina’s area of responsibility. Cristina joined HyTech in 2007. Over the years, as the business has grown, she has assumed many new duties and responsibilities which include Admin, Finance, HR and Logistics among others. Cristina is also an active member of the Phytosanitary Committee at Anpros (Asociacion Nacional Productores de Semillas- Chile) and SAA (Seed Association of the Americas). Cristina also holds a Public Relations Degree and a Business Management and Marketing Diploma. Cristina is based in Santiago, spends her spare time with family, volunteering in the community and for the last couple of years has found her new passion – Marathons. She has trained and successfully completed, running marathons in Chile.
